£20 Dunfermline Discount

Christmas & New Year
Both holidays require a minimum 7-night hire each. Get a quote via the hire request form.

Pay by Card
We send you a secure Stripe payment link by email, WhatsApp or text. Pay from any device in minutes.
Accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay
Pay by Bank Transfer
Pay directly to our Starling bank account using Faster Payments — instant and free from any UK bank or banking app.
Bank details are provided in our confirmation message.
Security Bond
A refundable security bond is required for all hires. For most bookings this is handled digitally via a secure card hold — no money is taken unless there is damage. For longer hires or certain holiday bookings, the bond may be collected in cash on delivery. We will confirm the method with you.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
We know life happens. Here’s how we handle it if plans change.
Standard Hires

| Failed delivery — access issues not disclosed to us | £50 retained to cover travel and time, remainder refunded |
| Failed delivery — our fault | Full refund of everything paid |
| Cancelled by us | Full refund of everything paid |
Christmas & New Year Hires
Our festive slots are very limited and once they’re gone, they’re gone — so we need a bit more notice if plans change. We’d always rather rebook your dates than lose your booking entirely, so please get in touch as early as possible if anything changes.

We strongly recommend taking out holiday cancellation insurance for Christmas and New Year bookings.
