Christmas and New Year:

Both holidays require 7 nights booking each (minimum).

Christmas dates: 20th/21st of December 2025 to 27th/28th of December 2025.

New Year’s dates: 29th/30th of December 2025 to 3rd/4th of January 2026.

The dates shown here may vary a couple of days due to logistics, but we would make you aware of this as soon as possible.

The information below shows our pricing and the number of adults that each hot tub is designed to seat. If you are using the tub for children, you may squeeze a few more in, depending on their size. Extra nights are charged at £20 per night.

Hot Tub Hire Information

N.B. It can take up to 24 hours to reach 37.5 degrees centigrade, particularly during winter.  If you are able to use a mix of hot and cold water, this time can be reduced. Please factor this in when choosing your hire start date prior to the event.

A security bond of either £100 in cash or by online digital bank transfer is required to be lodged for the duration of the hire.

What you get with the hot tub.

All of our hot tubs are supplied with the chemicals required to maintain correct water chemistry:

Chlorine concentrate,
Floating dispenser loaded with slow release Chlorine tablets,
PH increaser,
Test sticks,
Written chemical instructions.

We give you a ‘spa school’ once the tub is filled with water, explaining how to use the hot tub safely and how to maintain the chemicals correctly. We are on the other end of the phone if needed.

Deposit Payment

You can pay the deposit using the PayPal button below “even if you do not have a PayPal account” for a secure, fast and simple way to pay your hot tub hire deposit please use the drop-down menu below to select the length of hire required, so you can make the correct deposit payment.  Alternatively, you can make the payment by online digital banking, please contact us for our banking details.

Remaining Balance and Security Bond Payments

The remaining balance and security bond payments should be paid no later than the day before the delivery. Most customers pay by online digital bank transfer, which is our preferred method of payment. If using online digital bank transfer is not an option, please let us know as soon as possible so that we may find an alternative way for you to make the payments.

Important: Your hot tub hire is only secured when the deposit payment is received (cleared funds) and a hire application form has been completed. Both completed hire form and deposit payment should reach us more than 7 days before the hire start date “we are unable to accept last-minute hires for the same day or less than 7 days prior to the delivery date“.

The security bond must be transferred by digital bank transfer up to and including on the delivery date. The remaining balance of the hire will need to be paid by digital bank transfer (preferred) or at the delivery by card “face to face” by the end of the setup.

Contact us about availability and confirm delivery access before making a deposit payment if we haven’t already confirmed availability with you, “the deposit payment is non-refundable!”

We accept deposit payments via online digital bank transfer if you do not have or wish to make your payment by PayPal.

The balance of the hire plus security bond is due on or before the delivery date and must be completed before we leave after completing the set-up.

The fine print.

*Pricing includes delivery, set-up and collection up to a distance of 15 miles (4×4 towing a trailer both directions twice which is 60 miles in total) postcode to postcode from KY114EG.  A surcharge of £0.50 per mile is added for every mile over the initial 15 included with the hire.

Example: Based on a delivery of 20 miles. 15 miles are included in the hire price leaving 5 further miles to the customer’s postcode, we travel those 5 miles to and from the delivery and again for the collection of the hot tub.

(5 miles x 4 times =  20 miles, 20 miles @ £0.50 per mile = £10 the additional charge is £10)

There may be the option to hire additional nights at £20 per night (subject to availability) just let us know before the collection date of your hire.

(☥)The tub will typically be up to temperature the following morning after delivery if filling with only cold water, but may take up to 24 hours. Prices increase during peak times of the year, summer and festive season. Quotes are available on receipt of a hire request form.
