⚠️ Please Read Before Paying Your Deposit
Hot tub hire is a leisure service booked for a specific date. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 — Regulation 28(1)(h), the standard 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to this type of booking.
Your deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel before delivery, the deposit is retained. In exceptional circumstances we may at our discretion offer a goodwill refund — this is not a contractual right.

💳 Remaining Balance & Bond
The remaining balance is due no later than the day before delivery. Preferred method is bank transfer.
The £100 security bond must be paid in cash on delivery before set-up. We cannot leave the tub until all payments are settled.
📋 How to Secure Your Hire
Your hire is only secured when both are received more than 7 days before delivery:
- Deposit payment received (cleared funds)
- Completed hire application form submitted
We cannot accept bookings less than 7 days before delivery.
