If your delivery address falls within the City of Dunfermline boundary, you receive £20 off your hire. See the boundary map on each tub’s page.

Both holidays require a minimum 7-night hire each. Get a quote via the hire request form.

⚠️ Please Read Before Making Payment
Because we reserve your specific dates and turn away other bookings, payment is non-refundable once made — just like hotel and holiday cottage bookings.
Please make sure you are happy with your access requirements and dates before paying.
Cancellation Policy

| 14 or more days before delivery | Full refund of all amounts paid |
| 7–13 days before delivery | 50% of total hire cost retained, remainder refunded |
| Less than 7 days before delivery | Full payment retained — no refund |
| Failed delivery — access issues not disclosed to us | £50 retained to cover travel and time, remainder refunded |
| Failed delivery — our fault | Full refund of everything paid |
| Cancelled by us | Full refund of everything paid |
The £100 security bond is always returned in full unless there is damage to the tub.
Please do not pay until we have confirmed availability and sent you a payment link. Dates are only secured once payment is received and confirmed in writing by us.

- Submit your hire request form — tell us your dates, tub choice and address
- We confirm availability and calculate your exact price including any distance surcharge
- We send you a payment link by email for the exact amount
- Pay securely by card or bank transfer — whichever you prefer
- Your booking is confirmed once payment is received

We send you a secure Stripe payment link by email, WhatsApp or text. Pay from any device in minutes.

🏦 Pay by Bank Transfer
Pay directly to our Starling bank account using Faster Payments — instant and free from any UK bank or banking app.
Bank details are provided in our confirmation message.
💵 Security Bond — Cash Only
A £100 cash bond is collected on delivery before set-up begins and returned in full on collection, provided there is no damage.
