What You Need To Know.
Our hire area.
Is your postcode (where the tub is being delivered) within the area we currently hire in?
We use Google Maps to check using your postcode to KY11 4EG.
We will hire up to 30 miles according to the fastest route.
Delivery notes: We use a vehicle with a trailer that requires roughly the length of 3-4 car parking spaces to allow lowering the ramp on the trailer plus room for offloading the hot tub. We will be on-site for 2–3 hours, so you may want to talk to your neighbours in advance to give them a heads-up if space is limited. If there is no other option than to park in metered parking, the customer must cover the cost of these charges for delivery and collection. If we are unable to find sufficient parking close enough to the customer’s address, we may cancel the hire, retaining the deposit payment.
NB. Please make sure the route the tub will be rolled along has been cleared of all obstacles ahead of our arrival! Wheelie bins, plant pots, bikes, the removal of gates or fence panels etc. This is part of our terms and conditions that you agree to when you book the hot tub hire.

FAQs

How soon can I get a hot tub? |
Please give us at least 7 days from booking to the date you want the hot tub delivered. We are only a small family business, and it takes time to organize everything, particularly when we are very busy. We try to be flexible with delivery and collection dates with regard to the days these would normally take place. However, on Saturdays, Sundays, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day we are closed. If you are looking for a hire over these days you may need to adjust the dates to cover these days. |
What time will the delivery and collection be? | The delivery and collection times will vary depending on what other deliveries or collections we have that day and when customers can be home. This is generally between 11am and 3pm during our business hours (Monday to Friday) we will try our best to work around the time the customer can be available, but this can be difficult. Where possible, we try to keep the delivery and collection times roughly the same time of day, but it is not always possible to do this. |
What access is required to get the hot tub to the site? | Delivery and collection: The hot tubs come as single piece units and are rolled on their side, so access be it a gate an opening or up the side of your house must be at least 74 cm in width for the Barcelona and a head clearance of 178 cm and the Quatrospa requires 74 cm width and a head clearance of 202 cm. The Antigua as it is a deeper hot tub requires minimum 94 cm width and a head clearance of at least 204 cm. If there are any steps or tight corners to negotiate, please discuss it with us prior to making any deposit payment, as these could prevent us from delivering the tub. It is best to send a few photos of the steps, turns or any part of the route if you are at all unsure using WhatsApp or by email. We are unable to take the hot tub over walls or fences, and we are unable to lift the tubs over objects for health and safety reasons and risk of damage to our equipment. |
Where can the hot tub be sited? | The hot tub requires a secure location (e.g. not a front garden, shared garden or communal area) with a firm, flat and relatively level area at least the size of the hot tub. (Also refer to ‘What about electricity?’ below) Patio slabs, concrete, mono-blocks are perfect stone chips or gravel is acceptable if it can be levelled, grassed areas are okay but be aware the tub will leave a “crop circle” (it should grow back) like pattern and the ground around the hot tub may become very muddy. If you do want the tub on a grassed area, and it’s uneven or boggy, we recommend you put down a couple of 2.4 m × 1.2 m ply or O.S.B. boards for the tub to sit on. Decks are fine, providing they will take the heavy load of a tub full of water and people. If you intend to site the tub inside a building, a garage, for instance, bear in mind that it will become a ‘wet room’ we would advise against putting the hot tub indoors. Please contact us for more details on the clearance and area required for the hot tub, as we have more than one model of hot tub available. |
What about electricity? | You will require either an outdoor weatherproof standard 13amp mains outlet or an indoor plug socket through a nearby window or garage/shed within 10 m of the tub, but not closer than 1.5 m for electrical safety reasons. We will provide an R.C.D. box with a standard 13amp socket, “this should ‘NOT’ be plugged into an extension cable“. |
What about the water? | You need to have a tap that we can connect our hose fitting to (we bring a selection of adapters and a hose for the initial fill) ideally an outdoor tap is easiest or water source within reach of a normal hose and a drain or soak-away area within about 6 m of the tub for the dispersal of the water at the end of the hire or for water changes. |
When will it be ready to use? | If filling with cold water only, you will need to allow up to 24 hours for the tub to reach 37.5 deg. C. If you are able to provide hot water as well to mix with the cold water, you can reduce the number of hours the tub takes to heat. |
How do I keep the water safe and sanitized? | Every hot tub comes with all the necessary chemicals and a water filter to help maintain the water chemistry, and we give you instruction on how to correctly maintain the hot tub water. It is essential that you use these chemicals to reduce the risk of infection or growth of bacteria. |
What is the £100 security bond for? | We require a £100 security bond in the form of an online digital bank transfer that we will hold for the duration of the hire in order to encourage the hirer and guests to take good care of our equipment. This will be returned on collection, assuming the equipment is in the same condition as it was when we delivered it to you. |
Why would I lose a part or all of the £100 security bond? | Damage or loss of any hired equipment supplied by us left in your care for the duration of the hire. The intentional use of any foam making substances in the hot tub water, for example, washing up liquid, bubble bath etc. The hot tub will require additional repeated cleaning to remove the substance from the tub before it can be re-hired. Wearing fake tan in the hot tub may also incur a charge to the security bond, as the fake tan washes off and goes like soggy cardboard. This can cause restriction or even blocking the water flow, potentially causing damage to the internal workings of the hot tub. In addition, the tub may also require additional cleaning to remove the fake tan from the tub before it can be rehired. The inability to fulfil the next hire or hires due to any of the above reasons. **Please be aware that the cost of replacement or repair due to loss or damage may not be limited to £100** |
What should I do at the end of the hire? | The hot tub chemicals should be maintained at the correct levels and the water must be filled and maintained at the correct level (as shown during the spa school) the customer must not empty the water prior to collection we will empty the hot tub with a submersible pump and hose. This is, so we can check the tub is still in good working order, and also we do a super chlorination clean before the tub is emptied so ensure all bacteria has been neutralized after the hire. |
What attire is acceptable when going in the tub? | Proper swimwear is the preferred option, definitely not fully clothed as this can dye the water add fluff and washing powder residues and potentially other contaminants to the water. These may cause issues with the tub operation, water chemistry and water clarity, let alone possible damage to the clothing. We might need to deduct money from the security bond to make up for a lost hire because the tub wasn’t fit for rehire. |
